At Personal Pay, I led discovery for financial solutions, connecting business goals with users’ needs and behavior to inform product decisions. I designed and conducted qualitative research and remote and guerrilla usability tests on key features.
Across Fpay, Reba, and Garbarino, I researched user needs and pain points, ran interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and translated findings into actionable product and design recommendations. At Garbarino, I also analyzed heatmaps, session recordings, and click tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.
My clinical psychology background informs how I understand the cognitive and emotional mechanisms behind user behavior. I combine qualitative methods with surveys, NPS, SUS, conversion metrics, and heatmaps, and have also worked as a clinical psychologist and in a private practice.
