Designed end-to-end B2B2C chronic care management and secure provider–patient messaging experiences. Applied behavioral design to simplify clinical workflows (e.g., medication requests), reducing patient friction and saving clinician time.

Concurrent contractor engagement alongside my role at Osana. Audited and defined interaction patterns to keep experiences consistent and scalable across a large public health network. Introduced Object-Oriented UX to structure complex healthcare data and relationship mapping, and mentored junior designers on system-level flows.

Short-term consulting engagement. Performed UX audits of internal platforms and produced recommendations to improve clinical adoption. Redesigned inpatient medication workflows by translating complex clinical rules into clearer, easier-to-use flows for staff.

Launched Osana’s first user research practices by introducing interviews and usability testing into the product development cycle. Converted qualitative insights into validated design requirements for clinicians and patients.

Led discovery sessions with clinic directors and doctors to determine management-tool data needs. Designed population-metrics dashboards and organized navigation and information hierarchy based on clinician feedback.

Translated clinical needs from doctors, engineers, and administrators into software requirements for SIGEHOS, the City of Buenos Aires' Electronic Health Record system. Supported the EHR rollout during the 2018 Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games. Led initial design definition for an accessibility-focused mobile app for older adults.

Applied service design methods to identify where the vaccination provider experience breaks down. Led research activities and created initial mockups for a home vaccination mobile experience.

Provided behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders in community primary care clinics. Designed personalized treatment plans focused on developmental milestones and social skills.

Supported experimental research on frustration and motivation in a lab setting. Collected behavioral data following strict research ethics protocols to help inform research outcomes.
