As a freelance Técnico de Selección de Personal, I manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for IT profiles, from active sourcing through screening and initial candidate evaluation.

I source candidates for Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure roles. I review profiles and CVs against position requirements, stay in contact with candidates, and coordinate initial interviews.

At Hospital General de Agudos José María Ramos Mejía – UBA, I completed a neuropsychology practicum administering standardized interviews and assessments. I prepared reports integrating quantitative results and clinical observations, including Z-scores and conclusions for the treating physician.

As an independent clinical psychologist, I provide individual care to adolescents and adults using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I also hold a Psychology degree from UNIVERSIDAD DE BUENOS AIRES and am pursuing a specialization in data science applied to psychology and behavioral sciences.
