At Aon, I delivered 30+ projects across Data & Analytics and moved four directorates off email and Excel. I managed a portfolio of concurrent projects, balancing scope, effort, budgets and delivery with internal clients.
I delivered a commercial Forecast solution for Sales and Finance that replaced a manual process taking up to three days a month with real-time data. I also delivered a Customer Service KPI platform that eliminated 40 hours of monthly manual consolidation and made daily data available to 200+ users.
Alongside the project portfolio, I launched Aon Brazil’s data governance program based on DAMA-DMBOK. The program mapped more than 200 processes, appointed 30+ data stewards and implemented data quality controls and reports; the executive committee approved it.
Before Aon, I was PMO for Grupo NotreDame Intermédica’s SAP S/4HANA program, integrating 5+ acquired companies and 7+ hospitals with every go-live on the planned date. At EY, I worked on SAP projects and developed a Power BI tool for real-time monitoring of 5,000+ test cases.
