What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first role where I can support customers or families with empathy, while using my data-entry/Excel skills to keep work accurate and efficient. I’d love to grow in hospitality- and service-focused environments that value continuous improvement.

I’m passionate about sustainability, Artificial intelligence and hospitality, and I combine analytical skills with a vibrant, people-first approach to creating memorable experiences. I bring clear communication, structured routines, and a strong focus on service quality.

Currently, I work in in-home childcare in Toulouse, managing school pick-ups and providing in-home childcare while teaching English through interactive activities. I also support tutoring and bilingual (English–French) communication, while keeping daily schedules smooth for both children and parents.

Previously, I served as a Customer Service Officer at Consolidated Bank Ghana (Alabar Branch), where I facilitated the opening of customer accounts and ensured a positive onboarding experience. I also handled returns as an After Sales Manager at Jumia Ghana, helping customers through the full after-sales process.

I strengthen my impact with practical “data” skills, including data entry and analysis, accurate record management in Excel, and efficient administrative support from my research/internship experience at an aquaculture demonstration center. I’m known for time management, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving.
