What I'm looking for

I am seeking a remote compliance or risk management role where I can improve AML/CFT programs, support audits, analyze data, monitor transactions, complete KYC due diligence and checks, identify and document risks, assist with regulatory reporting.

I am a Compliance Manager with nine years in the financial industry and eighteen years of customer-service and operations experience across banking, tourism, logistics, and luxury retail.

I currently manage a Compliance team at a local commercial bank where I oversee sanction and adverse-media reviews, transaction monitoring, high-risk reviews, QA branch spot checks, and staff recruitment, training and development, compliance reporting, copied on the MLRO's responses to regulatory requests, provide recommendations for improvement to the Compliance framework, policies and procedures, new systems implementations. I also partake in onsite reviews (i.e. regulatory, internal audit and external audits - requests and responses).

I hold professional certifications including CAMS, CIRM, CCE, and CCA and have completed multiple compliance, risk management, and digital-asset training programs with distinction.

I am organized, team-oriented, and experienced in vendor/system testing, audit responses, policy review, and serving as designated backup to the Head of Compliance—ready to contribute leadership and compliance expertise to a forward-looking organization.
