I’m a Registered Practical Nurse focused on delivering individualized, compassionate resident care. In my current role at a long-term care home, I support care plans through hands-on clinical nursing, including medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and educating residents and families.

I monitor residents’ health by recording vital signs and observing for condition changes, reporting concerns to the appropriate medical staff and the Director of Care. I also perform clinical procedures such as wound care and dressing changes, while maintaining accurate, timely nursing documentation and clear communication across teams.

I bring leadership and customer-focused strengths from my previous experience as a Cashier/Supervisor and Sale Representative. I directed teams, handled cash and keyholder responsibilities, resolved escalated customer concerns, supported loss prevention, and consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.

I’m committed to professional development and quality improvement, with training and credentials including First Aid, CPR, and CNO Membership. I also bring experience aligned with senior care and dementia care, along with Portuguese-speaking ability and phlebotomy skills.
