What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing compassionate, patient-centered practical nursing care, particularly for people with dementia, chronic conditions, and complex needs, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and growing my clinical practice.

At The Village at Winston Park, I provide patient-centered nursing care for 32 residents with dementia, chronic conditions, and complex care needs. I assess changing health needs, coordinate individualized care plans, administer and monitor medications, and educate residents and families.

I'm a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, fluent in English and Spanish with conversational Portuguese. I use trauma-informed care, therapeutic communication, de-escalation strategies, PointClickCare, and CERNER to support safe, coordinated care across interdisciplinary teams.
