I've supported patient access, clinical nutrition, and specialized milk-lab operations at UCLA Health, using Epic to coordinate scheduling, documentation, insurance verification, and patient communication across inpatient and outpatient settings. I also prepared and quality-checked specialized clinical products while following safety-sensitive protocols and partnering with physicians, nurses, dietitians, laboratory staff, and administrative teams.

At Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Pasadena Weight Loss Center, I've conducted nutrition-risk screenings, supported therapeutic diet coordination, led intake and follow-up visits, and created clear education tools for diverse patients. I'm completing a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics and bring bilingual English/Spanish communication, workflow analysis, and a patient-centered approach to improving care delivery.
