What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead evidence-based People strategy in high-growth, remote-friendly organizations, partnering with founders and leadership teams to strengthen culture, talent, inclusion, engagement, and sustainable growth through People Analytics and AI.

At Scooto, I built the HR function from the ground up and supported growth from 10 to 650+ employees in a fully remote company. I lead People strategy across talent acquisition, organizational development, performance, culture, diversity, and employee experience, achieving an eNPS of 9.2 and turnover 60% below the industry average.

I bring a PhD and postdoctoral research background in Neuroscience and Behavior to evidence-based HR, applying People Analytics and AI to talent, culture, and performance decisions. I also advise Brainer on AI, data analysis, and emotional well-being, lead science and leadership education through Ciencias Fora da Casinha, and teach neuroscience, human behavior, and leadership at graduate and postgraduate levels.
