What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support leadership and cross-functional teams by turning priorities into well-executed projects, programs, events, and operational systems. I value roles where I can improve processes, coordinate stakeholders, and help teams deliver on schedule.

At FirstFit Technologies, I partner with four senior executives to turn strategic priorities into action across the U.S., Spain, and Costa Rica. I coordinate cross-functional implementation, training, platforms, SOPs, and stakeholder communication, helping four sites reach full production within six months.

I plan 25–30 courses, congresses, and webinars each year across the U.S. and Europe, manage program and event budgets, and train more than 300 clinicians annually. I also administer CRM and communication systems for 15,000+ contacts, reducing lead response time from 2–3 days to under 24 hours.

Alongside my work at FirstFit, I support the founder of The INFACT School with executive operations and professional certification delivery. I bring nearly a decade of experience in executive support, project coordination, event logistics, vendor management, process improvement, and bilingual stakeholder communication.
