I work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and standardize service through FAQs, macros, templates, and support materials. I've also developed Zendesk- and Slack-integrated automation and AI solutions that reduce operational work and improve team efficiency.

I use customer journey mapping and advanced analytics to improve engagement, retention, and key CX performance indicators. In a critical backlog scenario, I diagnosed Zendesk data and helped reduce pending cases by 80% in less than one month.

With a Psychology degree, postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis, native Portuguese, Spanish proficiency, and intermediate English, I'm motivated to contribute to international Customer Experience teams.
