What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can improve workflows, strengthen documentation and accountability, coordinate remote teams, and support client and sales operations.

At Lenzo Homes, I oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, administration, property activities, and client workflows. I build SOPs, trackers, documentation systems, and accountability processes that keep priorities, follow-ups, and service delivery moving.

I've also audited AI response quality, developed annotation workflows that reduced review time by 30%, and improved 200+ articles through structured content-review processes. I bring practical experience in research, quality assurance, remote coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
