I am looking for a role that challenges me and allows for career growth, particularly in process improvement and data analysis.

I am an Integration Analyst with a proven track record of success in optimizing processes and enhancing client experiences. Currently, I work at Paylocity, where I have taken on the responsibility of managing our highest revenue clients and leading significant process improvement projects. My leadership skills have allowed me to mentor team members and consistently achieve top metrics in my role.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in data integration and client management. My experience includes creating data file feeds using FTP, SFTP, and API connections, and I have consistently met or exceeded performance metrics. Prior to my role at Paylocity, I honed my customer service skills at Wells Fargo, where I thrived in a high-volume call center environment.
