I’m a Senior HR Operations Specialist with 9+ years of progressive experience across full-cycle recruitment, HRIS administration, payroll support, compliance, and AI-augmented HR operations. I operate effectively as a standalone HR function or embedded team member, bringing “zero audit findings across every engagement” and strong HRIS audit accuracy.
