I am seeking an HR role where I can manage payroll, improve performance processes, ensure compliance with labour law, and support employee development in a collaborative environment.

I am a dedicated Human Resources practitioner with a Bachelor (Honours) in Human Resources Management and hands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple companies.

At SchmidtCo Property Developers I oversaw payroll, performance appraisals, benefits administration, recruitment, and disciplinary processes for a multi-company group of approximately 200 employees.

I am proficient in Sage VIP payroll, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and have strong knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act and social security/employee tax processes.
