I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

I am a recent graduate from SAEK of Igoumenitsa, where I studied Management and Economics in the Tourism Sector. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in the principles of management and customer service, which I have applied in my work experience.

During my time as a Port Ticket Office Clerk, I was responsible for the sale and exchange of tickets, where I honed my communication skills by delivering information and providing customer service both in person and via telephone. Additionally, my experience as a Barista allowed me to develop a strong team spirit and further enhance my hospitality skills.
