At ROOX, I worked as a Help Desk Specialist, and at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciencia, I worked in helpdesk support. My experience also includes installing and maintaining computer systems and managing a LAN at Centro Cópia.
While serving as Militar at Exercito portugues, I handled administrative assistance and LAN management, along with personnel, goods, and vehicle management. I also controlled access and conducted perimeter patrols.
My training includes computer installation and maintenance, help desk support, Windows Server administration, Linux administration, and cybersecurity. I’ve also studied Python, VBA, and Microsoft Office.
