Asli Mert
@aslimert
I lead high-impact social research and evidence-based policy on gender equality, work, and wellbeing.
What I'm looking for
I lead research, policy, and impact work at Restorative Justice for All International Institute, shaping evaluation frameworks, consultation responses, funding proposals, and evidence-led recommendations for policymakers. I also led the consultation response to the Ministry of Justice on the Victims’ Code and developed the world’s first restorative justice-based policy newsletter.
Across Koç University, UNESCO-linked work, and Horizon Europe projects, I’ve designed mixed-methods research on gender equality, higher education, employment, and wellbeing. I translate surveys, qualitative research, statistical analysis, and evaluation findings into practical policy, training, and organisational change.
