At Birdz, part of Veolia Group, I lead web engineering and build cloud-native platforms that process more than 100 million messages per day and manage over 6 million connected devices.
I've designed engineering foundations for 20+ engineers, created shared GitLab CI/CD templates adopted across approximately 150 repositories, and helped migrate on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform.
I work closely with Product Owners on roadmaps, sprint planning, and prioritization while mentoring engineers through coaching, workshops, and architecture reviews. I also conduct technical interviews and set development standards around quality, linting, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
My work includes the Web Console V2 operational platform, BDrive asset management platform, and industrial and logistics tooling for BScan production and shipment workflows.
