I'm looking for a technical or application support role where I can own B2B incidents, troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues, collaborate with development teams, and continue growing in SaaS and financial technology environments.

At Gallo Financial Technology, I provide B2B technical and application support for approximately 80 client organizations, owning incidents from investigation through resolution or escalation. I troubleshoot proprietary software, Windows environments, servers, databases, and connectivity issues while keeping technical and non-technical users informed.

I reproduce and isolate reported issues, distinguish configuration problems from likely defects, and give development teams clear technical context. I also deliver client implementations and migrations using Jira, Freshdesk, Microsoft IIS, Windows Server, and MariaDB.
