I am an IT specialist with over 7 years of experience in software development and management roles within mid-sized companies. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to problem-solving and technical support, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently.

In my current role as Assistant IT Manager at Mombasa Island Cargo Terminal, I have successfully provided technical support, evaluated new systems, and implemented business continuity strategies.
