Francis Gordon Incoom

I’m an IT Support Specialist focused on keeping day-to-day technology running smoothly and enabling teams to work with confidence. Since March 2020, I’ve operated and managed critical office equipment—computers, laptops, printers, and phone systems—to support seamless daily IT operations.

I led the operation and management of critical office equipment, and I developed and delivered comprehensive training programs on software and computer usage to enhance staff proficiency. I also spearheaded communication efforts to align IT department goals with organizational objectives, helping create a more cohesive work environment while staying ahead of IT trends.

Earlier, during my national service as a Teacher—Information Technology, I taught Junior High School students basic computing and operation, grounding my approach in practical, real-world application. I bring strengths in hardware-software integration, mobile device troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, and IT management—so I can diagnose issues quickly, drive operational excellence, and support continuous technological advancement.
