I’m a Business Intelligence Lead with 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions for enterprise and global clients across finance, retail, mining, SaaS, and consumer goods. I focus on data preparation, modeling, visualization, DAX performance optimization, and production support in global environments.
My core expertise centers on Tableau and Power BI, with strong semantic modeling using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and SSAS Tabular. I design data models (including star schema and data quality controls), implement security patterns like RLS, and build reporting that supports real decision-making.
In recent roles, I led BI initiatives and teams—delivering sustainability analytics for Costco’s global sustainability department and owning BI delivery from data modeling to stakeholder-facing dashboards. At Microsoft, I led tracking for Azure global availability, inventory, and security, coordinating delivery teams and escalating technical blockers as needed.
Previously, I’ve driven executive dashboard migrations from Tableau to Power BI, delivered CO2-reduction and global sustainability analytics (including BigQuery-based models), and supported HR reporting such as historical gender parity tracking. I’ve also built and maintained Databricks Delta tables, developed and administered SSAS Tabular and Power BI semantic models, and contributed to Azure-based data solutions using Azure Data Factory and data quality validation.

Led a BI team of 1 Data Engineer and 2 BI Engineers, delivering global sustainability analytics for Costco. Served as Lead BI Developer for compliance, emissions, waste, donations, water, and energy reporting, delivering stakeholder dashboards from data modeling to production support.
Led BI initiatives for Microsoft, managing data platforms for Azure global availability, inventory, and security. Coordinated delivery teams, executed sprints, and acted as Lead BI Developer for server and node analytics monitoring uptime and interruptions across Azure clusters.
