What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build knowledge graphs, semantic data platforms, and AI inference systems that turn complex data into actionable outcomes, particularly in life sciences and enterprise settings.

I build knowledge graphs and AI inference systems that turn complex biomedical and enterprise data into actionable knowledge. At MIGx AG, I architect modular OWL 2 DL ontologies, SHACL validation, SPARQL materialisation, and LLM-augmented ontology enrichment across more than 11 enterprise domains.

Previously at BCN-MedTech and InSilicoTrials Technologies, I integrated clinical, genomic, metabolomic, imaging, and relational data into FAIR-compliant graph platforms. I've developed LLM-powered literature extraction, graph-derived ML features for clinical trial outcome prediction, production Python ETL pipelines, and graph services using Neo4j, GraphDB, RDF, and SPARQL.
