What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, retention, sales, virtual assistant, or case management role where I can support clients, resolve concerns, manage documentation, and use my communication and problem-solving skills.

I've built more than 15 years of experience handling inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, sales, case management, and technical support.
