I’m looking to continue owning full-cycle technical recruiting—building strong pipelines, coordinating tech interviews, and using ATS and metrics to deliver an excellent candidate experience for US and Latin American hiring teams.

I’m a results-driven Technical Recruiter with experience managing full-cycle recruitment for tech roles, specializing in both Latin American and US markets. I source, interview-coordinate, and deliver a positive candidate experience for mid and senior profiles, with a strong focus on pipeline development and lifecycle ownership.
