At Jaguar Path Ventures, I managed a program of 2,000+ vendors across Europe and Asia, using RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for supplier selection, performance monitoring, and rationalization. I reduced purchasing lead times by 52% and delivered 19%–22% project cost savings through spend analysis, TCO review, and contract and scope negotiation.
At Ukio Spain, I managed purchasing budgets and Purchase Orders across five European markets. I handled the vendor lifecycle from sourcing and selection through contract negotiation and supplier relationship management, while partnering with Design, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues and protect delivery.
At Falabella Retail, I led a team of nine across purchasing, commercial projects, and campaigns. I also led the refurbishment and reopening of the store’s best-performing department, coordinating suppliers and internal teams and exceeding sales targets.
