At Epiroc, I’m responsible for financial and operational management across Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. I lead a team of 45 finance professionals and created the new Purchasing Department, generating over USD 250,000 in savings within its first six months.
I strengthened inventory and asset management controls, improving asset efficiency and valuation accuracy by USD 2 million. I also redesigned dashboards and reporting models to improve cost visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Before Epiroc, I was a Business Controller at Electrolux, overseeing financial planning, pricing, and trade-term policies, and partnering with commercial and operations leadership. At Nestlé, I progressed through finance roles supporting cost control, sales performance, and P&L optimization.
