At Dominion City Lighthouse, I design and deliver adult education and development programs, coordinating curriculum, schedules, and participant engagement across learning cohorts.

I facilitate sessions on personal development, leadership, and capacity building, adapting them to different adult learners. I also mentor and coach participants and monitor their progress to inform program improvements.

At UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL, I supported HR administration, processed official correspondence, and assisted with staff promotion documentation and personnel records.

During my National Youth Service Corps service, I designed and delivered lessons for senior secondary students and managed classroom administration and performance tracking. My MSc research at the University of Ibadan examined work engagement among health workers in Ibadan.
