I am an Agile Transformation Coach and Trainer based in Budapest, Hungary, with a strong commitment to fostering innovative and effective work environments. My journey has been marked by persistence, creativity, and courage, as demonstrated by my experience walking three El Caminos and successfully transitioning to London at a young age to pursue my education.
Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Enterprise Agile Coach and Transformation Manager at NN RAS Kft., where I introduced the OKR framework and established a culture of feedback and collaboration. My educational background includes a BA in Travel & Tourism and an MA in Human Resource Counselling, both of which have equipped me with the skills to coach leaders and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.
