What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile software teams, improve delivery practices, remove obstacles, and help people work together effectively while continuing to grow in coding and people management.

At Kyndryl / Samlink, I lead Agile software teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.

I work closely with product owners, technologists, team members, and fellow Scrum Masters to define solutions, remove impediments, and maintain progress toward monthly releases.

I've introduced practices that increased team productivity by 25% and reduced stress through better story-creation templates and documentation habits.

Alongside Scrum and project management, I've created, edited, narrated, and livestreamed content for IGN Hungary and Twitch, including streams for more than 1,800 people.
