I’m looking for a financial-services role where I can own onboarding, strengthen compliance, and improve training, processes, and member experience—while driving measurable growth through consistent schedules, clear documentation, and efficient execution.

I bring an abundance of experience across training, development, and management, and I’m known as a “fixer” who improves efficiency, turnover, and overall business wellbeing. I keep a strong schedule and routine so deadlines are met with swift, consistent execution.

In retail leadership roles, I built and improved training systems, including creating/maintaining process documentation and accountabilities for a growing franchise. At Walmart, I made scheduling and payroll more efficient by moving from manual calculations to scanned badge clock-ins, and I led front-end operations with customer service, audit/balancing, and conflict de-escalation.

In financial services, I’ve helped the business grow through compliance and member-focused execution—revitalizing 7 stores to working, profitable status during a corporate officer stint and driving measurable performance results as a Hybrid Team Leader. Today, as an Onboarding Specialist, I handle online requests for new and existing members (including loan applications, financial advisory, and specialty accounts), exceeded onboarding accountability goals by 60% in my first month, and increased average loan production from about $75k/month to $250k/month.
