At Grand Master LLC, I lead technical supply and global procurement, handling project volumes of $15M–$100M and at least 1,500 import transactions each year. I selected and trained a team of 10 and deliver turnkey new-plant projects.
I helped the team behind ZCMC’s 30-year export contract, valued at over $1 billion, and supported supply and coordination for Armenia’s largest paper production plant, a $75M project. I also negotiated and contracted suppliers for a EUR 35M machinery renewal program.
I designed the department’s supply chain, purchasing and import strategy, and cut transportation costs by about 5% every year through freight analysis and route optimization. I’m available for remote work and have experience collaborating across countries and cultures.
