Previously, as Head of Procurement at Pharmatechnology LLC, I launched an efficient procurement department from scratch and led a 3-person team through ERP implementation and process optimization. I designed workflows, KPIs, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and operational control, while negotiating average supplier pricing reductions of 28% (with deals up to 48%) and flexible 40/60% payment terms.

Earlier, as Procurement Lead at Pharmasyntez JSC, I managed an 8-person procurement team across five production sites and often acted as department head. I centralized procurement for equipment, negotiated directly with major supplier leadership to reduce costs from 3% to 17%, and owned end-to-end execution—including contract lifecycle, logistics, customs clearance, and financing support via leasing agreements and letters of credit.
