At SoftConstruct CJSC, I execute end-to-end procurement for local and international corporate events, coordinating the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services. I also planned and delivered corporate events, including Harmony events, with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
I negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with vendors, and facilitate contract preparation, execution, and vendor onboarding. I monitor procurement timelines and supplier performance to support uninterrupted event execution.
Previously, at Meal Kit LLC and Alternative LLC, I sourced ingredients, raw materials, and production equipment, negotiated with suppliers, and coordinated purchasing and imports. My work included forecasting purchasing requirements, monitoring inventory, and supporting timely supply for production.
