I’m a 23-year-old Italian professional with hands-on experience in customer support, travel operations, and back office management. I’ve worked across multiple industries including logistics, tourism, hospitality, and tech — handling multilingual client communication in Italian, English, and Spanish. Most recently I’ve expanded into web development and software solutions using AI-assisted tools. I’m detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced remote environments. Currently looking for a full-time or part-time remote opportunity where I can bring strong communication skills and a versatile background.
