At Sky Portugal, I led Release Candidate testing for Peacock, SkyShowtime, Showmax, and NOW across Web, Connected TV, and XR platforms. I also validated high-traffic live broadcasts, including the Olympics, NHL games, and real-time NBA features.
I implemented four reusable AI-assisted workflows for release planning, triage, and risk analysis, reducing manual release workload from 8–16 hours to 1–2 hours. I coordinated crowdtesting with Applause and Testlio and assessed release risks with cross-functional stakeholders.
At Novabase, I worked on testing for banking, insurance, and public-sector systems, including a critical SIBS payments migration from legacy IBM architecture to a distributed system. My work included end-to-end, integration, regression, and UAT testing, as well as translating business rules into BPMN diagrams.
Earlier, at NOESIS Portugal, I tested telecom transformation projects and systems spanning web portals, mainframes, and business applications. I began in software testing at Match Profiler and worked as a junior SAP PS-PM consultant at Logica; I hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification.
