At Sky, I perform end-to-end testing of web streaming platforms and xTV devices, checking cross-browser compatibility across Mac and PC environments.
I debug issues with DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Proxyman, and support platform performance monitoring using New Relic and Conviva. I also use GitHub to review commits and understand code changes.
With support from Augment and a Senior Dev, I created two Playwright automation test cases. I also contributed to a short-term mobile QA assignment covering iOS and Android.
Previously, at ZAP, I designed and executed Gherkin test cases, performed API testing with Postman, and validated data using MySQL queries. At VISIONBOX, I tested biometric identity systems and supported installation, go-live, and maintenance activities.
