Previously, at Online Legal Limited, I led writers, set house style and produced more than 1,000 legal and online-privacy pieces. I translated medical negligence law, clinical detail and privacy technology into accurate guidance readers could understand and act on.

I've also written SEO-led B2B content for Userpilot, including product-led growth, user onboarding, customer success and SaaS marketing articles that ranked for competitive keywords. Across freelance and agency work, I've developed campaign messaging, websites, email copy, social calendars and content strategies for varied audiences.

I'm strongest when a brief is unclear or the subject is difficult: I ask the questions that sharpen it, build a sustainable voice and give direct feedback when copy will not serve its audience. I'm looking to bring that discipline to public-sector communication, where clarity is a duty.
