Feven Samuel

I currently work as a freelance Direct Sales Agent at BagginsHQ, generating leads, researching prospects, and supporting B2B marketing strategy.

Previously, I represented Alfarag Trading at Addis Ababa International Airport, where I exceeded sales targets, assisted customers, and used active listening to understand complex client needs.

My background also includes call center and customer service roles at Rope Technology and WebSprix. I organize CRM workflows, set quality appointments, and focus on giving every customer a positive experience.

I stay calm under pressure, listen carefully, and build lasting relationships while helping teams work efficiently and grow.
