At a U.S. HVAC, plumbing and electrical company, I went from booking and dispatching calls to building the company's KPI reporting: a Python pipeline that pulls ServiceTitan data into a PostgreSQL warehouse and feeds live dashboards for management. Booking rate, cancellations, service level, speed to answer, close rate and average ticket by technician are all defined with the managers and validated against ServiceTitan and Dialpad until the numbers match exactly.

I also built a sales dashboard for the replacement department, a monthly install financial review that compares the equipment cost entered on each job against supplier bills, and a time-on-job and return-trip analysis from payroll timesheets.

Because I've worked the phones and the dispatch board, I understand the operation behind the numbers, not just the data. I'm looking for a full-time remote role as an operations, data or BI analyst, ideally in home services. Based in Colombia, available on any U.S. schedule, native Spanish and C1 English.
