What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations coordination and analytics to improve workflows, ensure billing and data accuracy, and support cross-functional stakeholders. I want to grow in a data-driven environment focused on compliance and continuous improvement.

I’m an Industrial Engineer and Operations Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating daily operations, validating data, improving workflows, and supporting stakeholders in international environments. I’ve strengthened scheduling and service delivery by analyzing operational scheduling data, aligning field updates with U.S.-based stakeholders, and maintaining performance reports and key service metrics to support data-driven decisions.

In billing and operations roles, I handled invoice-related processes for U.S.-based accounts, reviewed documentation to resolve discrepancies, validated operational and financial data for compliance and accuracy, and improved billing workflow efficiency by identifying recurring bottlenecks. I also bring structured problem-solving and training experience from customer service and operational support, and I’ve applied strict safety and compliance discipline from leading flight line and maintenance operations in the Colombian Air Force. I’m currently advancing my data skills through Data Science & Analytics coursework.
