I've led executive operations at FUNEC, a public higher-education foundation serving three campuses with approximately 400 employees and a BRL 60M annual budget.

As President and CEO, I led a financial turnaround from an approximately BRL 200K negative cash position to BRL 6.1M in cash, reduced commissioned positions from 50 to 23, and oversaw more than BRL 9.1M in infrastructure and equipment investments. I also led the implementation of CEMU, a multidisciplinary medical specialty center providing free healthcare services across approximately 20 specialties.

In my current public-administration work as Vice Mayor of Santa Fe do Sul, I contribute to strategic initiatives, institutional governance, and coordination among government and community stakeholders.

Before this, I served for more than 20 years in the Sao Paulo State Military Police, reaching the rank of Captain and leading approximately 100 officers across 10 cities. My background combines operations, finance, compliance, procurement, crisis response, people leadership, and accountable execution in highly regulated environments.
