I’m a customer-focused operations associate with hands-on experience delivering premium service in a VIP environment, managing day-to-day operations, and keeping service standards consistent. I’m known for strong communication and efficient problem-solving when issues arise.

In my most recent role, I managed and operated the bar area, handled ticket sales (including issuing tickets and membership cards), and processed cash transactions with careful cash register reconciliations and transaction record keeping. I also supported daily operations and coordinated team activities during shifts, including area supervision responsibilities.

Before that, I worked as a retail sales associate where I provided customer service and sales assistance, promoted and recommended products, processed payments, and managed inventory and replenished merchandise. I also applied merchandising and product display strategies, supported promotional campaigns, and used tools like Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), while completing my Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
