I’m looking for a remote compliance-focused role where I can help companies prevent legal and operational risks, strengthen internal processes, and support ethical, well-governed business growth. I’m especially interested in compliance, legal operations, corporate governance, contract management, and AI governance.

I am a Senior Attorney with over 10 years of experience in the corporate field, focusing on business and real estate law. My extensive track record includes providing strategic legal advice, managing risks, and negotiating contracts. I have developed expertise in retail and store regulation, mergers and acquisitions, credit, trusts, and dispute resolution.

Currently, I serve as the Real Estate Manager Attorney at Desarrollo Inmobiliario Punta Cantera S.A. de C.V., where I provide comprehensive legal counsel, ensure compliance with condominium regimes, and coordinate the regularization of real estate developments. My previous role as a Senior Retail Attorney at Grupo Cuprum S.A. de C.V. involved high-volume contract drafting and coordination of permit processing for over 120 retail stores.
