I'm looking to continue advising domestic and international companies on corporate transactions, governance, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and preventive legal risk mitigation.

At EY Equipo y Soluciones, I draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial documentation for domestic and international clients, while supporting due diligence, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. I also help optimize EY’s internal legal AI platform through specialized legal prompts.

Previously, I managed corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance matters at SLB Schlumberger, supported trademark, patent, tax, and commercial filings, and led a seven-person legal team at Corporativo Lykos, improving department productivity by 30%.
