I’m looking to leverage my contract negotiation and compliance expertise to support and enhance legal operations at a forward-thinking organization, guiding teams with practical, actionable regulatory guidance and reducing legal risk.

I’m a detail-oriented legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation, compliance management, and intellectual property law. I draft and review complex legal documents—from commercial contracts to privacy policies—while keeping legal risk aligned with business objectives.

In my most recent role as a Contracts Specialist / In-House Legal Counsel, I facilitated end-to-end legal support across the full product lifecycle, advising product and engineering teams on compliance requirements at each development stage. I orchestrated the data privacy compliance program by drafting and maintaining privacy policies, managing data subject access requests (DSARs), and ensuring ongoing compliance with CCPA, TCPA, and federal/state telemarketing and marketing regulations.

I also administer U.S. intellectual property by filing and maintaining trademarks and copyrights with the USPTO and supervising DBA registrations across multiple states. Beyond drafting and redlining commercial agreements, I guide legal strategy with cross-functional partners (product, operations, finance) and manage entity compliance—incorporation, state registries, and business licenses—so teams can operate across multiple jurisdictions.
