I am a qualified corporate lawyer with 10+ years advising cross-sector businesses in Mexico and LATAM, specializing in employment law, international compliance, and contract lifecycle management. I advise clients across software, manufacturing, tax, construction, and health, and I translate legal documentation (EN-ES) providing bilingual counsel.

As a freelancer since Oct 2016 I draft, review, negotiate, and optimize B2B and employment-related contracts, leveraging AI tools for document enhancement and reducing friction across Sales, HR, and Legal teams.
