I am seeking a senior in-house and long-term advisory role supporting North American and international operations, focused on governance, cross-border transactions, and regulatory risk. I am interested in remote-first teams that value practical, business-oriented legal guidance.

I am a senior corporate legal advisor supporting North American and multinational companies operating in Mexico. My work focuses on corporate governance, cross-border commercial agreements, and legal and compliance risk in international business environments.

Over the past ten years, I have advised executive teams and business leaders on subsidiary operations, restructurings, and high-impact operational decisions where corporate, labor, and regulatory considerations intersect. A core part of my role is translating local legal requirements into clear, practical guidance that supports business continuity and informed decision-making.

I work remotely as a base and collaborate in real time with North American teams, while traveling on-site when needed to support complex matters. I am comfortable operating across time zones and within distributed, cross-functional teams.

I am particularly interested in in-house or long-term advisory roles supporting international operations, scaling companies, and globally distributed organizations that value pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel.
