Built a new product catalog platform from the ground up using Kotlin and PostgreSQL for high-throughput writes and eventual consistency. Engineered a CDC plugin implementing the Outbox Event Pattern over PostgreSQL to AWS SNS/SQS, and migrated legacy event models to an event-driven CQRS architecture to improve read performance and reduce infrastructure costs.

Established cross-product EDA and CQRS architecture patterns that became the organizational standard across multiple squads. Drove the monolith decomposition roadmap and delivered high-complexity proof-of-concept implementations, bridging engineering and product leadership on trade-offs and priorities.

Designed microservices architecture for the insurance domain on Azure using DDD and Event Storming for complex financial bounded contexts. Developed a C++ order management system (OMS) for high-frequency trading on Bovespa and BM&F exchanges, with latency measured in microseconds. Built low-latency trade execution and strategy engines optimized for throughput and deterministic response times.
